SISTERHEARTS IS one of the first and ONLY *DECARCERATION AND JAIL REENTRY PROGRAMs IN ST. BERNARD PARISH, LOCATED IN ARABI. WE USE THE CONCEPT OF A THRIFT STORE TO HELP REVERSE THE EFFECTS OF INCARCERATION CAUSED BY PRISON TRAUMA. WE SERVE RESIDENTS IN CHALMETTE, AND AREAS SURROUNDING NEW ORLEANS.
